Order Instructions

    1. Web-Code

         | Enter webcode provided to you by your school.

    2. Navigating To Correct Photo

         | Navigate to your photo by class similar to how you navigate on a computer.

     3. Photo Options

         | select the format you would like your photo to be ordered in.
         | The descriptions of each will be displayed after selecting the option.

         | After selecting your desired option, you will now be allowed to add the photo to your cart and proceed to step 4.

     4. Adding to cart

         | The "Add to Cart" button will be unlocked and you will be allowed to change the quantity of your selected option.
         | After clicking the "Add to Cart" button, look out for a notification above the photo that will prompt you to go to your cart.

         | You may select an additional option or order a different photo before going to your cart.

         | If you accidently added an incorrect option or photo you can remove it in the cart.

    5. Managing Cart

         | Your cart allows you to remove and change the quantity of the products added to it.
         | Those options and the locations of those options can be seen listed in the image below.

         | When you are satisfied with the content of your cart you can click the " Proceed to Checkout" button.

    6. Checkout Instructions

         | The first step here will be to fill out the required information in the checkout fields, such as
         | Name, & Email Address for contact.

         | Under the checkout fields you will see a summary of your order for validation.
         | Scroll down until you see the button as seen in the image below and click the "place order" button.

    7. PayFast Payment

         | When the "Placed Order" button has been clicked, you will be directed to the "Payfast" website to complete the transaction.
         | Please be assured PayFast is a trusted and secure payment processing service for South Africans and South African online merchants.
         | When on PayFast you can select your preferred payment method in the right hand box beside the order summary.
         | Upon selecting your preferred payment method, you can now enter your required banking details to complete the transaction.
         |Upon clicking the "Pay" button your order will be marked as paid and logged into our system.

    8. Collecting your photo

         |After clicking the "Pay" button on PayFast's website you will be redirected back to our website Nelson Photography.
         | You will be directed to the post checkout page where you can review your order. If you ordered a digital copy of the
         | photo your download link will appear on this page immediately after payment is verified and confirmed. Alternatively
         | your download link will be sent to the email you provided.
         | At checkout, if you ordered a physical package product you will receive an email with collection instructions, for when
         | and how to collect your photo's from your school.
