Order Instructions
1. Web-Code
| In the school tab of this website the first element of the page is an input box.
| This box is used to enter the web-code provided to you by your school.
| Make sure to enter this code correctly,. When the code has been entered
| it can be submitted with the enter button just below or by pressing the enter key
| on your keyboard. The website will direct you to your school's purchasing page.
2. Navigating To Correct Photo
| After submitting web-code and ariving at your school's page, you will see either
| a few buttons listing the different categories of photos your school has taken or
| you will see a list of grades. In either case you can navigate to exactly where your child
| Is located, similarly to how you would navigate files on a computer.
| When you have found your photo, click on the 'select options' button and proceed to step 3.
3. Photo Options
| Before you can add your photo to your cart you need to select the format you would like your photo
| to be ordered in. You can select between a digital downloadable copy and / or a physical package copy,
| The descriptions of each will be displayed after selecting the option.
| After selecting your desired option, you will now be allowed to add the photo to your cart and proceed to step 4.
4. Adding to cart
| When your desired option is selected the "Add to Cart" button will be unlocked and you will be allowed to
| change the quantity of your selected option. When you have put in your desired quantities you can push
| the "Add to Cart" button". After clicking the "Add to Cart" button, look out for a notification above the photo
| that will prompt you to go to your cart. You may select an additional option or order a different photo before
| going to your cart. "
| If you accidently added an incorrect option or photo you can remove it in the cart.
5. Managing Cart
| After clicking the "View Cart" button on the product page you will be taken to your cart.
| Your cart has a few features. To remove and change the quantity of the products added to it.
| Those options and the locations of those options can be seen listed in the image below.
| When you are satisfied with the content of your cart you can click the " Proceed to Checkout" button.C
6. Checkout Instructions
| After clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the cart page, you will be taken to your checkout page.
| The first step here will be to start filling out the required information in the checkout fields, such as
| First and Last name, Address and Phone Number and email for contact, together with your order.
| Under the checkout fields you will see a summary of your order for validation.
| If you scroll down further you will see the "Place Order " button. When all the required information has been filled out
| you will be allowed to click this button to place your order.
7. PayFast Payment
| After clicking the "Place Order" button your order will be logged Into our database with a status of "Pending Payment".
| When the order due date has arrived and your order is still on "Pending Payment" it will be disregarded and cancelled. To prevent this you will need to
| complete the next step in order to complete your order.
| When the "Placed Order" button has been clicked, you will be directed to the "Payfast" website to complete the transaction.
| Please be assured PayFast is a trusted and secure payment processing service for South Africans and South African online merchants.
| When on PayFast you can select your preferred payment method in the right hand box beside the order summary.
| Upon selecting your preferred payment method, you will be allowed to enter your required banking details to complete the transaction.
|Upon clicking the "Pay" button your order will be marked as paid and logged into our system.
8. Collecting your photo
|After clicking the "Pay" button on PayFast's website you will be redirected back to our website Nelson Photography.
| You will be directed to the post checkout page where you can review your order. If you ordered a digital copy of the
| photo your download link will appear on this page immediately after payment is verified and confirmed. Alternatively
| your download link will be sent to the email you provided.
| At checkout, if you ordered a physical package product you will receive an email with collection instructions, for when
| and how to collect your photo's from your school.
FAQ
If your school page dose not contain any selections for grade and class the due date for orders has passed and photos have been removed from the site, the notification on the page will provide additional details.
If your are ordering late, you will no longer be able to perchace and recieve physical photo packages however for a limited time after the due date you will be able to perchace the downloadable versions of the image.
Follow these checks to make sure you receve your order email.
— Check your email spam folder
— You will only recieve an email when payment has been varified and gone through, so give it up to 24 hours and make sure you did not leave the payfast page before your payment was compleated.
— If you are sure your payment has gone through an you have not recieved an email. Please contact me useing the contact page.
When your order has been submitted and payment has gone through you will recieve an email containing the download link to you high resolution non-watermarked image.
